New Slots Developer For Microgaming Online Casinos

October 30, 2017

The most popular Canadian online casinos are powered by software from Microgaming. These include licensees like Royal Vegas, Jackpot City and Betway. The most important reason for their popularity is that Microgaming boasts of the biggest collection of online casino games. Most of them are developed by Microgaming. But games from other software providers are continuously added through the Quickfire platform. These include titles from Rabcat Gaming and Just For The Win. Later this week a fascinating game from another software developer will be added.

Microgaming has signed an exclusive deal with Foxium. The deal between Foxium and Microgaming was brokered by the RNG Foundry. The deal will see Foxium integrating its platform with Microgaming’s Quickfire. Foxium is a fairly new online casino games developer, which started only in 2015. But the slot games are of high quality and are unique because they are built around storytelling. Some of its titles that will over time be available to players at Microgaming online casinos are The Odd Forest, The Lost Riches of Amazon, Fruitz, Lucky Bakery and Big Time Journey.

But the first online slot will be available at Canadian Microgaming online casinos on November 1. It is titled Vampire: The Masquerade – Las Vegas and will miss Halloween by just one day. Vampire: The Masquerade – Las Vegas is a branded video slot game developed by Foxium under license from Wolf Entertainment. Wolf Entertainment was established in 1991 and develops roleplaying games about vampires, werewolves and other monsters set in the World of Darkness universe. Structurally it is simple with 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 fixed paylines. But it will treat Canadian online casino players to stunning visuals, voice actors and an expanding storyline. There are plenty of gaming features as well. These include three different free spins rounds and a pick an object bonus game.

Andrew Clucas, the Director of Quickfire at Microgaming, elaborated on the agreement with Foxium. He said, “We are delighted to have Foxium on board, delivering exclusive content to Quickfire at no additional cost to our operators, following the recent removal of a platform fee. We believe Foxium games will be a popular addition to the platform.” Ake Andre, CEO of Foxium, also released a statement on behalf of his organisation. He said that this deal will provide Foxium with the chance to reach more operators and more online casino players.
