Microgaming Releases Mobile Gaming App for Windows

Microgaming has been a pioneer of mobile gaming and continues to spearhead the development in this field. The mobile gaming software provider has just announced the release of the industry's first real-money casino app on the Windows Phone Store. Windows was a late entrant in the mobile field, but has a significant penetration.

A press release from Microgaming offered more details about this casino app. It was released in November 2014 and is suitable for any device running on either Windows Phone 8.0 or Windows Phone 8.1. The app was developed from scratch using native code and native user interface components. Canadian mobile casino players will be glad to note that it includes over 35 casino games from the Microgaming portfolio, including online slots, progressives, table games and video poker. The app has been designed to make mobile gaming simpler for the Canadian player. It has an intuitive user interface allows a player to install and play a game in just two taps. The press release stated that the app will be updated regularly. New games will be added as also new features.
